Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable. For this reason, we offer a full refund if requested before your first session takes place. Once the first session begins, all sales are final due to the nature of the commitment and personalized support involved in coaching. Packages & Scheduling You may purchase either a single session or a 4-session package, with the flexibility to schedule sessions weekly, biweekly, or as needed. Sessions in a 4-session package should be completed within 2 months of purchase to ensure you receive the greatest benefit from your coaching journey. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited, except in cases of emergency or special circumstances, which will be handled individually. No-Show Policy If a scheduled session is missed without prior notice, it will be considered used.
