Rooted Nutrition is designed to help you eat well, move more, and think with intention—including meal support, simple strategies, and tools to build healthy habits for you or your family.
Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable. For this reason, we offer a full refund if requested before the first session is had. Once the first session begins, all sales are final due to the nature of commitment and personalized support involved in our coaching. Scheduling: To ensure you get the most out of your coaching experience, sessions can be scheduled weekly or biweekly and must be completed within 2 months from the date of purchase. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited, except in cases of emergency or special circumstances. We will handle such cases on an individual basis. No-Show Policy: If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered used.
